Humane Society of Sonoma County (HSSC) is dedicated to bringing people and companion animals together for a lifetime of love and offers subsidized spay/neuter services for low- to no- income dog owners. HSSC’s Community Action Team identifies dog owners in need of services and financial assistance and, with support from Dogs Trust USA, offers them a helping paw by providing free spay/neuter surgeries for their pups.
